Saggy pants ordinance...

When I heard about this, I thought it was a joke! The city of Atlanta is trying to control saggy pants! Instead of spending money on lowering crime or helping out our valiant police force and Fire fighters, they are going to become fashion police. I don't like saggy pants, but I don't think it should be Atlanta's job to stop it. I think it should be the parents. What do you think?
